Peptide Labs USA – Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the website www.peptidelabsusa.com ("Site") or by purchasing any products ("Products") from Peptide Labs USA, LLC ("Peptide Labs USA," "Company," "we," or "us"), you ("Customer," "Purchaser," or "User") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are hereby instructed to immediately discontinue any use of this Site and to refrain from purchasing any Products.
2. Payment Terms
All payments, including but not limited to e-Check and ACH transactions, must be made payable to Peptide Labs USA, LLC. By placing an order, Customer authorizes Peptide Labs USA to initiate a single electronic debit to the designated account in the amount of the order total.
Payments submitted after 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time shall be processed on the next business day. Once a payment is authorized, it is final and irreversible. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available prior to initiating any transaction. Peptide Labs USA is not responsible for payment failures, and reserves the right to assess additional service charges and cancel orders resulting from insufficient funds or failed transactions.
Customers are advised to retain transaction confirmations for their personal records.
3. Intellectual Property and Website Use
All content contained within this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Peptide Labs USA and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, transmission, or commercial exploitation of any Site content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Peptide Labs USA.
You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that no modifications are made and all proprietary notices are preserved.
4. Intended Use of Products
All Products sold by Peptide Labs USA are intended for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption or for use in food, drugs, medical devices, or diagnostic procedures.

5. Eligibility
Only individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older may access this Site or purchase Products.
By ordering from Peptide Labs USA, Customer represents and warrants that they are of legal age and legally authorized to procure and handle research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
Peptide Labs USA reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where improper or unlawful use is suspected.
6. Prohibited Activities
Customer shall not:
- Utilize Products in humans or animals under any circumstances;
- Apply Products for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or commercial purposes;
- Resell Products without obtaining prior written authorization from Peptide Labs USA;
- Export or re-export Products in violation of U.S. export control laws.
Failure to adhere to these prohibitions may result in legal action, including but not limited to, injunctive relief and pursuit of damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Peptide Labs USA, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to the purchase, handling, use, or misuse of Products, or from Customer's use of or inability to use the Site, even if Peptide Labs USA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Peptide Labs USA against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of Customer's violation of these Terms or improper use of the Products.
